What are you going to do?

The job title suggests it. You manage key accounts. Done!

For several major clients, you are the primary point of contact. Is everything going well? Or not so well? Could it be moving faster?

You are ready to tackle these challenges head-on and turn them into measurable positive results.

Your clients are happy (measured customer satisfaction) and growing (cross- and upselling). You guarantee that.

In this way, you are an important link in our global success story, from the various branches of WEngage.

What will you excel in?

You have a university degree or equivalent thinking level through experience.

You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

You know the service sector well, as you have actively worked in it.

Of course, you are extroverted and solution-oriented. Waiting quietly to be called would be quite strange.

You find working in a process-oriented and structured way normal, and you like to take action and see results.

Building long-term relationships that lead to evolution—not revolution—is your thing.

Collaborating with operational management and seeking creative solutions for a client is second nature to you.
