Business Process Analyst

Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and risks.

Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.

Implement business improvements using lean-six sigma methodology and tools (DMAIC, VSM, Kano, SIPOC, ...).

Manage relevant end-to-end process KPIs and establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate process improvements.

Create process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to document current and future processes, including necessary requirements and functional specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into their perspectives, concerns, and feedback regarding existing and proposed improvements.

Foster collaboration and effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Experience with business process improvement methods, preferably a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Excellent proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools such as BPMN, Visio, and familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI, SQL.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Capable of developing cross-departmental strategies for end-to-end processes, possessing a helicopter view and the ability to simplify complex situations to determine the right priorities.
